FEATURED CASE:

Brian T. Gallagher

Brian has spent the past 12 years in private practice serving clients in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. His clients range from individuals to start-ups to established global companies. While Brian’s practice primarily focuses on matters related to Note Investing, Lending, Real Estate Litigation, and General Counsel services, he also has experience in all manners of civil litigation.  This includes breach of contract, personal injury defense, condominium and homeowner association matters, and general business disputes.

Before private practice, Brian served five years in the United States Air Force as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). Brian’s stateside duty assignments allowed him to gain valuable trial experience defending the Air Force against federal lawsuits and prosecuting cases involving drug conspiracies, assault, and various other felonies and misdemeanors. While deployed to Iraq, Brian managed the detainee review process at Camp Cropper, Iraq.

Brian was also granted the honor of being sworn into the bar of the United States Supreme Court on November 4, 2014.

Brian obtained his law degree from the University of Baltimore. Following graduation, Brian clerked for the Honorable Sean Wallace of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Born and raised in Maryland, Brian attended Gonzaga College High School and Catholic University in Washington, DC. He played football at both schools and is a member of the Gonzaga Athletic Hall of Fame.

Brian resides with his wife and three young children in Annapolis, Maryland. As a lifelong outdoorsman, Brian enjoys taking advantage of all the Chesapeake Bay area offers in his spare time.
